AND MORE !

(After that I let her schedule our plans for our last week of summer! wink!)

Man, I am such a slacker I tell you!!!
Well, maybe next summer we can manage to fit some fun in. wink!

We ride camels....

Summer is starting to come to an end. :(
Not sure if I am ready for it to be over yet.
So, until that day comes next week,
We will PLAY!!!!
We have been to the LA science museum a lot this summer BUT not with Daddy.
So, we decided he needed to come with us...
We explored...
We got blown away....
We got a good forecast for the next week.....
We checked out our style.....
We got lost under water...
we laughed.....
and most importantly we got to spend time with Daddy!!!
This week we have something fun planned EVERY day!

Week 35 • Photojournalism Photo Challenge

This week over at

The Theme is Photojournalism

I picked this grouping of photos becuase it tells a story.
A story about a wonderful day.
Beautiful smiles....
and one sister who will do anything to make her Bubba laugh!

I am not THAT kind of Gal but if I were.....

I am not THAT kind of Gal that would just brag and BRAG about her kids....
BUT if I were.....
If I were THAT kind of Gal I would tell you that my children have super powers....
No, really they do!!
If I were THAT kind of Gal I would
tell you that Regan can fly!!!
Her powers are so great that I had to make her a super cape....
fit for a Diva of course! wink!
If I were THAT kind of Gal than I would tell you that she can fly where ever she wants BUT chooses to be disciplined and for now just use her powers for good in our living room! wink!
{Ok, please ignore all of Bubba's toys in the corner.... I mean really I am asking myself right now why I didn't just crop this picture... YIKES... please don't judge! wink!!!}
If I were THAT kind of Gal than I would tell you that Bubba also has a super power.
He has the power to make anyone smile!!!
I bet you are smiling right now just looking at this picture!
He can make a stranger.... grumpy old guy.....
 or anyone in our family smile
Just by simply smiling at them!
{He only uses this power for good I assure you!!}

BUT
Since I am NOT THAT kind of Gal I guess there is nothing more to say here!!

{I hope you all have a wonderful week!}

I love to see the Temple...

I am going there...
TODAY.

Today our Primary went to the Los Angeles LDS Temple.
The new visitors center was just opened and we went as a group to go and tour it.
It was lovely.
Our day started outside on the temple grounds and then ended up in the visitors center.

A day of {SMILES} at the hospital

How many kids get excited to see the hosptial and clap when they see it??
Well, Bubba does.... and I love that about him!!
{This is my sweet boy on the way to the hospital}
After we got there we had to wait.
So, we passed the time by.....
playing with the DS....
calling the nurse every five seconds and watching mommy jump up to turn it off while playing witht he TV remote.....
{Oh, he loved that game!}
If you know Bubba then you know he LOVES his red wagon.....
So, we spent a lot of time in it!
{These next three pictures were taken with my phone.... sorry}
Bubba also tried to master his driving skills.....
Ummmm.... more than anything he would just run me over when I helped him push the petal.
Yes, he thought that was funny. :)
Then it was time for our little man to go back.
This was the first time that Jason was able to go back.
Bubba fell asleep in his arms, we kissed his sweet little head, and then we waited.
I went back to be with him in recovery.
The nurse told me that it will take a while for him to wake up....
not even two minutes later he was trying to rip all of his leads off.
That's my boy!!!
In no time he went from this....
to this....
and then to this!!!!
Bubba is blessed with many gifts, one of them is his high tolerance of pain.
He didn't complain once and even smiled while the nurse put in his IV.
Oh, I love my sweet little boy!!!!
Now we have a new friend.....
Regan has named it "Buddy Button".
We are excited to welcome him into the family.
